Attorney Christina Ferrari joined Bianco Professional Association in 2012. She is admitted to the New Hampshire Bar and the Federal District Court for the District of New Hampshire. Christina's practice focuses on civil litigation, employment law, administrative law, healthcare law, and government relations for individuals and businesses. She practices in both state and federal court, and before numerous state agencies. Christina received her Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center) in 2010. During law school, she was a member of the Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program, an intensive two-year bar practicum, and was a Regional Finalist, a National Quarter-Finalist, and winner of Best Brief in the Giles Sutherland Rich Patent Law Moot Court Competition. She was also a teaching assistant in advanced appellate advocacy and legal writing. Originally from Gainesville, Virginia, Christina received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with Distinction, from Boston University in 2004, and her Master of Arts in Medical Science, with Thesis Honors, from Boston University School of Medicine in 2006. Prior to becoming an attorney, she researched neurosurgery techniques for neuronal regeneration after stroke at Children's Hospital Boston and Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA. Her work was published in the Journal of Neuroscience in June 2009 and in April 2011. Christina is an Executive Board member of the New Hampshire Women's Bar Association and an active member of the American Bar Association, New Hampshire Bar Association, New Hampshire Association for Justice, and the New Hampshire Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association.

Attorney Thomas Colantuono joined Bianco Professional Association after having served as the United States Attorney for the District of New Hampshire from December 2001 to March 2009. Tom brings a wealth of experience in law, politics, and government to the firm. Tom served as an Assistant Attorney General in the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office from March 1978 to August 1981. He then owned and operated his own law office in Derry from 1981 to 2001, handling a wide variety of legal matters for individuals and small businesses in the greater Derry area, including personal injury law, criminal law, civil litigation, real estate, wills, and probate. Tom has been a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association since 1976, and has served on the Ethics Committee and the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee of the Bar Association. In 1990, Tom was elected to the New Hampshire Senate from District 14, where he served until 1996. He served as the Assistant Majority Leader and Chairman of the Ways and Means Committee. He also served on the Finance, Judiciary, Insurance, Executive Departments and Administration, and Capital Budget committees. In 1996, Tom left the Senate to run for Congress. In 1998, he was elected to the Executive Council from District 4, representing the greater Manchester area. He served on the Council until he resigned to become U.S. Attorney. As U.S. Attorney, Tom supervised the work of 23 Assistant U.S. Attorneys in all federal criminal prosecutions and civil matters on behalf of the federal government. He served on the Attorney General's Advisory Committee's Subcommittees on Terrorism and National Security, Border and Immigration Issues, and White Collar Crime. With his extensive experience in law and government at both the state and federal levels, Tom is available to assist individuals, businesses, and institutional clients in devising strategic solutions to problems that involve the public sector. He is also available to represent clients before New Hampshire's many regulatory boards and commissions, as well as the legislature and the Executive Council. Tom graduated with Distinction in History from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. He earned his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School. He has taught legal subjects as an adjunct professor at Rivier College, New Hampshire College (now Southern New Hampshire University), and the Nashua Regional Vocational Technical College.

Attorney Crystal Maldonado joined Bianco Professional Association in 2013. She is admitted to the New Hampshire Bar and the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire. Crystal's practice primarily focuses on family law and immigration law, both of which are enhanced by her fluency in Spanish. Originally from Londonderry, New Hampshire, Crystal received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Stonehill College in 2005, and her Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center) in 2008. During law school, she was one of the first members of the Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program, a two-year bar practicum. Crystal continues to be involved in the Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program as a Family Law Adjunct Professor. Crystal is also an active member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and the New Hampshire Family Law Section.

Attorney Robert Best joined Bianco Professional Association in 2005. He is admitted to both the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Bar Associations, and was recognized as a Rising Star in the practice of healthcare law by New England Super Lawyers magazine in 2012 and 2013. Bob's legal expertise is focused in the areas of healthcare law and regulation. His experience also includes civil litigation, education and employment law, government relations, land use planning and development law, and administrative matters. Bob holds a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, and is extremely knowledgeable and proficient in all aspects of health-related law and legislative issues. Prior to joining Bianco Professional Association, Bob was the Executive Director of the New Hampshire Nurses Association and a Constituent Member of the American Nurses Association. He has participated in biomedical research with the Louisiana State University Medical Center Department of Orthopedic Surgery. Additionally, Bob is experienced in hospital administration, outpatient rehabilitation, and ambulatory services. Currently, Bob is chairman of the Merrimack Planning Board, an Adjunct Faculty Member at New Hampshire Technical Institute, a member of the Merrimack Rotary Club, and a member of the New Hampshire Healthcare Association's education committee. Bob has also held positions on the Board of Directors for the New Hampshire Center of Nursing, a non-profit organization focusing on finding solutions to the shortage of nurses in the state, and the Merrimack PTA, Kindergarten, and Preschool Board of Directors. Bob holds both a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering and a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is a graduate of the Massachusetts School of Law.
