THE LANDLORD (ANITA MARSTON) WILL DO EVERYTHING SHE CAN TO SCREW HER TENANTS OUT OF THEIR DEPOSIT.
SHE IS A VERY DISHONEST AND CONNIVING PERSON, AND WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO FIX ANY PROBLEMS YOU ENCOUNTER WHILE STAYING THERE. ANYTIME YOU CALL ABOUT ANY PROBLEM SHE ACTS AS IF YOU ARE BOTHERING HER AND SHE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.
