I represent the underdog against the big insurance companies. I excercise my passion for representing victims of serious injury, wrongful death, brain injury and nursing home abuse on a daily basis. My clients give me strength and fuel my desire to help them achieve justice. I have tried several important cases to juries, including cases that have ranged from serious personal injury to aggravated murder. I enjoy rowing, rock climbing, writing and running. I am married to local real estate broker, Maddie Burnside, and have two wonderful daughters.
