We give them all our business being in a small town because this is our town and helping them and us also. Purchased some product that was not up to par by our standards! Phoned to let our business aware of the situation not being their fault, so they could check out the matter and be aware of this so others do not complain. Was listened to and promised verification of the situation, went to make amends and was told a different situation. I am not here to take advantage of our business's, but when I speak, they listen and make amends then I do by all means expect that to happen. So to say our business is elsewhere.
