I don't see how the review below mine is real, prob one of their employees. P&R Housing management is absolutely horrible. Filled with power hungry imbeciles who play favorites. They do not return calls, they do not return emails - they seem to forget they work for US! They have invaded my PRIVATE personal area and have destroyed my personal property on numerous occasions. Their 'employee' has stolen items from me and does drugs during work hours. They have a history of incomplete files, something they have been penalized for in the past. Have been SUFFERING under their power hungry wrath for over 15 years. They have destroyed Bay Hill, many areas completely overlooked with extremely old landscaping, weeds everywhere, extremely unkempt. If you are one of their favorites you can do whatever you want with your property, if not you'll wake up to your stuff being stolen. If anyone knows how to get them replaced with a company that isn't from hell, please reach out.

I have known P&R management over 20 Years. They are quality individuals committed To Taking action on the spot, (Despite Bayhill HOA board of directors). 5 Stars Because there's no 6!
