This has been the worst moving experience of our lives. Originally the person writing up the agreement promised they could deliver at the front of the agreed upon window without a problem. We even agreed to have it picked up two days early so they didn't have to work on the weekend. Given that agreement on the delivery we figured we could camp out for a day or two on the pick up end. Then when we called on the agreed upon day they told us it would be a week later and professed no knowledge of the agreed upon date. Then after rearranging everything to accommodate they called to tell us at the last minute of the new delivery day that the truck broke down that morning. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE....YOU WILL REGRET IT. Trust nothing they tell you. The next person will simply say.. "Well, they didn't tell me and we can't agree to that." This happened more than once. You will have no recourse and get no sympathy or effort from them.
