Ferguson would not help my cat in an emergency because of a private email complaint i sent them last year when i brought a kitten with an eye infection in and they told me they couldnt do anything for her except remove the eye or euthanize. I went to another vet and they game me some medicine for the kitten and she healed up just fine so i emailed ferguson to let them know and they have held a grudge on me for over a year waiting for the moment to turn me down next time i came in, even after i sincerely apologized and begged them to help my cat.........they are sick bastards.
