I had the displeasure of hiring this contractor to diagnose a faulty flood lamp & sensor, and to replace the bulb in another fixture at the eave of my house (35' above ground). Dispite being told of the extreme height of the fixture, the contactor arrived illprepared to reach the fixture at the eave of the house and charged me a second site visit to brign a bucket truck on-site. Secondly, the contractor did not even attempt to diagnose the failed light/sensor, and instead simply replaced the fixture. They charged a total of 3 1/2 hours labor to replace one fixture and to replace one bulb ($245). They didn't even have bulbs for the fixture that they did install. When contacted to express my extreme disagreement about the invoice, the secretary and then the owner became completely unprofessional and derogatory. This is the most unprofessional and incompetent contractor that I've ever dealt with in the area. I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE CONTACTING THIS GROUP TO DO ANY WORK, LARGE OR SMALL.
