Skogen, Cometto & Associates, P.C. is the outgrowth of a merger in 1973 of the individual practices of Bill Bates and J. Scott Hocker. Bill Bates retired in 1985 and J. Scott Hocker retired in August of 1997. Roxy L. Skogen was admitted as a shareholder in 1995 and Michael J. Cometto in 2001. Michael P. In 2014, we acquired the practice of Wrasper & Associates and expanded our employee base to serve our new clients. Effectively, through our transformation we have developed a strong team of professionals capable of managing all of your accounting requirements with integrity and interest. We provide services to clients statewide. Our firm has experienced substantial growth in the last forty (plus) years primarily due to the professional expertise of its people. We provide audit, compilation and review, attestation, accounting, management, computer consulting, and tax services. Our firm is actively engaged in expanding professional services to small businesses, governmental entities, non-profit organizations, energy, construction and agriculture industries, as well as individuals. We seek clients who are growing. We continue to become skilled in new areas, create new services, and recommend needed additional services for existing clients. Along with our personnel and services growth, we continually invest in the necessary tools to have our technology grow with us.
