In June of 2007 I had a friedrich model 1803F cooling unit installed by Jim Triola. In June of 2009 when I turned it on, it did not cool. I called Jim. He sent 2 mechanics who said it had no leak but was out of gas. I was charged $217 for gas and service call. I called Jim and I said it must have a leak. He said no, but maybe I should call Friedrich and report that it was defective. I called and they told me it was probably a leak. In June of 2010 when I turned it on again it did not cool. Jim came and filled it with gas and insisted there was no leak. Jim told me he would not charge me a service charge but charged me $170 for gas. I was not pleased but he insisted there was no leak on there would not be a problem. In June 2012 when I turned it on it did not cool. I left messages on his answering machine and with a clerk at the office. I got a call back after about ten days and talked with Jim. The next morning a mechanic named Frank came and filled it with gas and found a leak at a loose fitting in a few minutes. I called Jim to discuss and left a message. Frank called Jim and told Frank to charge me $202 for gas, service call and trip charge. I am still waiting to talk to Jim. I recommend before you think about hiring Jim Triola from Cool Solutions for any work, review my dealings with him. I believe he installed it with a leak and he and his first two mechanics were unable to find a leak and third mechanic found in a few minutes. I will in the future use an other company.
