My second visit, I was scolded before a "Good Morning" or asked my name- was told I was late (even though I was 10 min early according to my records). Morning appt, with 2 PT and 1 assistant and 1 other patient. They refused to see me. Too busy. I was so rudely treated (by a PT) and as a health care professional I was shocked at the lack of professionalism. You don't treat patients this way. Period. Will not go back or tell my colleagues to use thus facility. Makes one wonder what else they do that is not above board.
