Dr. Stowers is a fine doctor, never had trouble with him. His office staff has been rude and discourteous. I called his office several times at 5:00pm on 02/13/13 which his office is listed as open until 6:00pm. Each call was greeted with a pick up and immediate hang up. After 7-8 attempts, someone answers and informs me that his office is closed. I asked, "why, it's listed as open until 6:00pm?" The clerk responded, "Well if things are slow, they may have decided to close early" I said I would like to schedule an appointment, I don't care which office". She responded, "That I need to schedule with the Burlington office, refusing to schedule an appointment for my son".
