My practice is committed to providing services to clients working on managing life transitions. Children and adolescents are seen for symptoms including behavioral problems, anxiety, depression, divorce adjustment, AD/HD and anger management. Couple and family treatment focuses on learning effective parenting skills, positive approaches to life stressors, and conflict management. Treatment is offered to individuals experiencing depression and/or anxiety. A focus on weight management is also available. Clients can expect to experience a respectful, positive environment that emphasizes the development of existing strengths. I work from a distinctly Christian perspective, but other religious and non-religious clients have also reported positive therapeutic changes.
