Integrity.....Doing the right thing even when nobody's looking. Not too many can claim having integrity but Alexander Ford has every right to claim Integrity. I bought my used 2012 Ford Focus from them in May of 2014 and other than one time, I had every service and every repair done with them since. The service dept is wonderful but the management is where the integrity starts. I serviced my car before starting my trip to Minnesota in April this year and somehow it was missed that I had a water pump leaking. Understand what happened, I take full responsibility for, my car lost all the fluids and my engine overheated 12 hours from my final destination. After towing my car 12 hours back to Yuma, Ford's diagnosis was a new engine, estimated between $5,000-$8,000. This is where INTEGRITY comes in to play, I was sure with my history with Alexander Ford that they would treat me right but I never expected them to go as far as replace my engine for nothing.....I will never go anywhere but Alexander Ford. No one was looking and they did the right thing. I choke up every time I think about what they did for me that day. Having integrity means doing the right thing in a reliable way. It's a personality trait that we admire, since it means a person has a moral compass that doesn't waver.
