Jay Rechtweg, M.D. received his medical degree with clinical honors from the New York Medical College in Valhalla, N.Y.Dr. Rechtweg completed both his surgical internship and residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck surgery from the State University at Buffalo Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. Jay Rechtweg, M.D. received his medical degree with clinical honors from the New York Medical College in Valhalla, N.Y.Dr. Rechtweg completed both his surgical internship and residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck surgery from the State University at Buffalo Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. He then went on to complete a Rhinological fellowship at the University of Chicago Medical Center, in Chicago, Illinois where he also acted as a clinical instructor. Dr. Rechtweg is a resident of Long Island and has practiced as an Otolaryngologist (Ear, Nose and Throat Physician) for over 10 years. Dr. Rechtweg is board certified in Otolaryngology. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and the New York State Medical Society. Locally, he is a member of the Nassau County Medical Society and the Long Island Society of Otolaryngology.
