Unproductive, unresponsive, untrustworthy Mr. Bryan White was hired two years ago to help close an estate. The only thing that Mr. White accomplished in two years to was eventually file a request for special proceedings. He was difficult to reach and slow to respond to emails and phone calls. Mr. White deliberately lied regarding status of filings. Even after Mr. White was asked by the Caldwell County Clerk of Court and as well as other attorneys to finish the necessary paperwork to close the estate, and he told them he would do so, he did nothing and deadlines were missed. My wife had to finish the filing paperwork herself. If I could leave negative stars, I would. Do NOT hire Mr. White as your attorney. Nothing will get done.
