The BSCCA is a not for profit Free Community Child Care Referral Service. Serving the Eastern Jackson County since 1975. We are a not for profit Free Community Child Care Referral Service. Serving the Eastern Jackson area since 1975. We will work with you to help you find just the right child care center for you and your child. We list in-home centers and commercial child care centers. We can find you a center that offers care: days, nights and weekends-full time, part time and drop-in. Centers that offer Infant Rooms, Baby Homes, Preschools, Before and After School Programs, Summer Camps and even centers that accept children with special needs. We also offer resources and support to all child care providers in the Eastern Jackson area. We are working together to help our centers offer some of the best child care in the area.
