I think Dr. Congdon is the most condescending person I have ever encountered. He has no bed side manner even in dealing with my 2 year old daughter after she had to return for a 2nd set of tubes in just a month. He placed both sets in her ears. My wife and I were told it was about a 5 minute procedure and someone would come get us. We waited almost a half hour before I got up and started to walk into the OR to check on my child. I wish that I could see this Jack*** one time outside that office.
