Sometimes we consumers get lucky and find a truely honest business man. I got more than I paid for. I was supposed to have dug down and exposed the lids of my septic tank before the day and time that I had arranged with Tim, but I started late and was digging in the wrong place. I wasn't ready when he arrived and so he couldn't pump. My blunder had cost him time (and lost business) but instead of charging me extra he let me reschedule, and spent about 30 minutes using a special probe to show me where my tank was and where I should dig. He didn't charge me for the missed appointment, and he spent more time educating me about my system. Fantastic service.

Tim is amazing at solving septic problems. My system has been checked by 5 different companies over 2 years. Tim was the first one who was able to find a partially collapsed pipe. He is so personable, and experienced.

We bought a house out in Livermore CA that turned out to need a new leach field. Looked at several companies to get the job done. Tim, at Acorn, was fantastic in helping us navigate the process from beginning to end. He even came out the day we had our inspection with another company to give us a second option. Thank goodness he did, because they wanted to replace the entire system with an engineered system! Tim was able to save us literally $25k with his expertise and ability to find solutions. His staff are great, they got the work done fast, and were extremely friendly, even stopping to wave at my toddler who had her nose pressed to the window the whole 4 days they were out there working. Bonus for us? He helped to find a way to add more length later so we can do a permitted addition to the property. Everyone else told us it wasn't possible. I'll never work with anyone else if I can help it!
