The house we build for you is your dream, not ours. Our job is to make this dream come true for you and for the process to be a pleasant experience. Stancil Builders was established in 1985. Being a second generation contractor I already knew a lot about the building business having been around it since I was a boy. My father Ray Stancil started building homes in 1945. In the beginning my father was a partner but a few years later retired from the company. My son Bradley came into the business a few years later upon graduation from college. He worked with us a super indent for several years and then started his own commercial and residential company Bradley Built in 2005. Since 1985 Stancil Builders has built over fifteen hundred homes in and around the triangle area. We also have our own development company ( IOM Developers), which allows us to have access to building lots in great locations for custom homes and presale homes.
