Oilfield service company Perf-Drill is a patented oilwell completion perforation tunnel DRILLING tool. The Perf-Drill drills a 2-7/8" by 30 foot perforation tunnel through casing & into the producing formation. The casing exit takes about 20 minutes and the tunnel reaches horizontal after about a TEN FOOT vertical drop. The Perf-Drill is a single trip tool that can operate at any depth using a power swivel, top drive or mud motor for a power source. The patented Perf-Drill technology is also used as a transmission (connecting rod) in drilling motors (mud motors).
