EXTREMELY UPSET. I was promised delivery by December 22 it is now December 27 and the package has still arrived at its destination. I have repeatedly called and had left two messages for someone at Mail N Ship 4 U to no avail. When I finally spoke to someone after 3 pm today, the manager was unattentive and seriously confused while attempting to locate the package. No apology for not returning my calls. I did receive an apology for it not arriving on Thursday, December 22. What I do not understand is that if was not going to be delivered before Christmas than why not just say so and I would have paid for it to be overnighted.I should have went to the post office instead. I will not patronize this business again.
