Don't use this attorney if you are a man! He is an expert in exploiting every legal inequity in the woman's favor. Technically he's against the non-custodial parent, which just happens to be the man, very often. If you're woman and want custodial custody, then you are in very good hands. But I cant say it strongly enough, if you are a man (non-custodial parent) then avoid at all costs. His firm can severely damage you life, with long lasting consequences. I was pressured and coerced in to capitulating to all kinds of things that I would never agree to. I was constantly pressured by the threat that if I didn't give in to opposing demands, that I would incur enormous legal fees and possibly lose even more. From then on I have researched all the legal issues related to my case and have found that I was severely short changed in my representation. They were more concerned with staying within Norms, then actually taking an active role in understanding the intricacies of my case. And if I tried to point this out to them I was accused of being an emotionally irate client! Sound fun? If so this is your team! If not, research "father's rights" attorneys, and screen them to make sure thy are not just adding that to their marketing. There are legitimate "father's rights" attorneys who specialize in representing men. If you are a man, thank me, and then go do what I say. Ignore what I am saying at your peril. Best of luck.
