AVOID THEIR SERVICE AT ALL COST, YOU WILL REGRET IT. It was the worst experience ever with a moving company. The company owner is not only a liar but also very rude. The owner will tell you they charge by the hour, but be careful, before delivery or putting something out of the truck, they will tell you the total of hours (without finishing) and will not bring nothing off the truck before you pay, then, they will try to rush everything. My bad experience started when they tried to charge my card, which was declined for security reasons. Given this, I told my wife to bring the cash, it was probably a 45 min window between when they tried to charge the credit card and when the cash arrived. Here was where everything turned ugly. The owner, guessing that we are some kind of criminal or sort of, called their people and made them stop, close the truck and refuse to work, retaining my stuff, just because i havent pay. Guess what, my contract said i was charged by the hour, and we where in the middle of the moving. To make things worst, the owner called the police because i parked my car infront of the truck. Not only that, after the police left, this guy started to take photos to my house, i dont know to what purpose. Finally, when his workers realized that time was up (charged 8 hours, worked 7) they started to yell at me, inside my house, infront of my kids. So, second call to the police. This time to tell them to get out. Overall HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
