Comprehensive Hospice Care

Medi Home Hospice care is about helping individuals and their families share the best days possible as they deal with life-limiting illness. It's about adding quality of life and helping our patients live those days as they choose and with dignity. We also now offer a Pediactric Hospice Program to assist in the care of children with a terminal illness in the comfort of their own home.
