Three Oaks Hospice provides hospice services to patients in Greenville, SC who are suffering from terminal illnesses. We are committed to the comfort, dignity, respect, and support of hospice patients throughout their journey. Our hospice team consists of registered nurses, hospice aides, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers. We work in close collaboration with patients' families and primary caregivers to ensure that all of the patient's needs are met. Medi Home Hospice care is about helping individuals and their families share the best days possible as they deal with life-limiting illness. It's about adding quality of life and helping our patients live those days as they choose and with dignity. We also now offer a Pediactric Hospice Program to assist in the care of children with a terminal illness in the comfort of their own home.

Abundant Life Hospice is a small family/nurse owned, nurse operated hospice. Our mission is to assist patients and their families in celebrating life while preparing for loss.
