CALL ANYONE ELSE! I had the same high opinion of this business until recently. Last spring I needed a pipe fixed and scheduled an appointment for the next day. About 30 minutes after the scheduled time, I received a call saying the plumber was delayed at another job and would be at my house before the end of the day. The end of the day came and went with no call. The next day I called to reschedule and was forced to leave a message when no one answered the phone. I left a message and called back but there was no response to either. In the end I was forced to call a franchise, which was more expensive but showed up when they said they would. This past weekend I needed a plumber and decided to give Abalone another shot. My previous experience was repeated detail for detail and two days later I called a franchise again! This company obviously has a chronic lack of respect for their customers and absolutely no professional standards. I'm glad that I found out about their apathy via shoddy customer service before I got stuck with some shoddy plumbing work. CALL ANYONE ELSE!
