North Carroll Physical Therapy was established in 1985 to provide personalized care to the residents of Hampstead, Manchester, and surrounding communities utilizing the recognized treatment protocols and Standards of Practice established by the American Physical Therapy Association. In August of 2007, North Carrol Physical Therapy opened its second location in Manchester, MD.
