On 2/8/16, I called "All Secured", and a technician named Steve was at my door in less than an hour. My apartment key was not locking the door. Steve quickly determined it was a problem with my key; and not the cylinder. He made me 3 keys in less than 15 minutes, and was professional and personable. The problem is now resolved, and I am happy with Steve and All Secured.
