I can't speak for Swift Staffing as a whole; but my experience with the company in Tupelo is do not waste your time. I replied to an ad they posted on Craigslist for "General Laborer Helpers." I emailed them about the position and they asked me to call, so I called March 16th, 2014; They informed me the job was in Waste Management and to "call tomorrow and we will get your information." I called, as well as my father. They got our email addresses and said they will send us a application. On Thursday after neither receiving an application I called again and they said "THEY (Waste Management) probably will not send you one because they're having a job fair there tomorrow." I went looking for the job fair, there was none. This company is a waste of your time and very unprofessional; never once did they tell me who I was speaking to so in the event I spoke to another one I never knew who to refer to. I don't suggest them.
