This is in response to the negative recommendation below. I have never had a client by this name, and I suspect it is a fake name. I have never been asked to provide any documentation that a specimen was sent to the laboratory. EVERY specimen that leaves here has a Chain of Custody number and is shipped to Med-Tox Laboratories in St. Paul Minnesota via Fed-Ex or UPS and a Tracking Number DOES exist. If this person had asked me to provide this documentation, I would have been MORE than happy to comply. This person also speaks of the possibility of cross-contamination. This is impossible as we handle only ONE specimen at a time. We never do two collections at one time. One is completed and placed in the shipping container before moving to the next. The wording of this complaint sounds very similar to several harassing messages received late at night from a donor who tested positive and never bothered to call me with any questions. This post came out approximately one week after that positive result, so I suspect that person is just trying to make my company look bad. I stand behind my screening services 100% and am more than willing to answer any questions from my clients. I also have an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau. If this post was left by someone OTHER than the person who left me harassing voice mail and text messages, I ask that you call me and I will provide whatever documentation you request. All I need is your Specimen Number. Thanks!!

Personally I would not recommend the business for any "drug" or alcohol testing unless it's tested in front of you to view & know the results. This is because the business owner refuses to prove (via any conclusive legal proof; ex..postal documentation etc..) that any of the test are actually sent to any outside laboratory as said owner claims. I believe her work in other areas is professional & very well handled. However, there's no proof of chain of command in regards to testing or who other than herself may possibly intentionally, or even inadvertently, cause false positive results on urinalysis tests. I would recommend all other aspects of her business, except where she may have financial incentive to perhaps falsify results that could possibly result in her financial gain in an unethical manner. I'd highly recommend only for credit bureau check though. The "recommendations" or thereof are only my opinion & are based only on my experience with the lack of professionalism, as I saw it. The President of this business seems to be well intentioned & even though she may only perhaps be lacking in the handling of urine, blood, hair or other forms drug & alcohol samples she may handle, the chance cross contamination in my personal experience, isn't worth the risk. There's a company called in ST PAUL, MN she claims to send samples too yet she's refused, at least to me, to provide any verifiable legal proof that is or was the case.
