Not a pleasant company to work with. My home warranty company referred them to do service on my ac unit. He said that Lozier had installed my ac unit wrong and that is what led to the malfunction. My unit was installed 15 years ago. This is a company who exists to please the home warranty company. After they told me that they wouldn't service it because it was installed improperly, they left parts of my acunit all over the floor and didn't bother to clean up after themselves. Thermal tek and the home warranty company made more money because they didn't service my claim. That in itself is a backwards way to do business.
