DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! RIP OFF!! We had confirmed reservations from the owner to pick us up at our home for an international flight. At the time of pickup, no one arrived. We called the dispatch number over a dozen times but it was busy each time. Finally after waiting for a 1/2 hour, we left in our own car and parked in the remote parking. When we arrived at the airport, that is when it got worse. At the terminal, I finally reached the owner who apologized for the situation and offered to pay for the parking and give us another chance to use him. He would send us a check he claimed and it would be waiting for us when we got back. We came home two weeks later but no check. I called the owner, he apologized and said he would send it but if I could please call him back the next monday to remind him. Sounded weird but OK. I called and reminded him the next Monday and again, he promised to send it. Well that was two weeks ago and suprise! NO CHECK!! I called him again and left him a message. No answer, no response. I sent him an e-mail explaining that if I didn't get some sort of response that I would post a bad review of his company. No response. Do not buy a Groupon or Living Social coupon for this company. The owner doesn't care, there are many bad reviews of this guy, Bobby Turner. I wouldn't recommend this company to people that I don't like let alone a friend.
