We really hope upper management truly considers making the pricing much more customer -friendly. The prices have gotten waaaaay out of whack. The Sunday sale used to have a given color (based upon a rotation of various colors) on sale for $0.25 each or 5/$1.00. They went to $0.50 each and supposedly have decided to eliminate that altogether. New items in discount stores are sometimes priced lower than their identical counterparts in the redracks stores. Discount retailers pay for refrigeration, OTR trucking delivery, possibly unionized labor, shelf signage, janitorial staff and professional floor machines vs spot-mopping with buckets, they buy their inventory vs. Receiving donations often delivered to the thrift store. They pay for quarterly inventory counts , etc. Redracks has seemingly lost their perspective and grown very greedy. It would be great to see a return to better value pricing asap. Goodwill, Salvation Army, Thrift Haven all in Springfield, MO price items muuuuuch more affordably.
