Deborah Karchmer's communication skills are horrible. She did not meet the deadlines we set and did not call or email a change to the original deadline. I would not recommend her to anyone wanting to get their dissertation or thesis bound. The price she original quoted changed and increased. She stated she was formula with the university’s guidelines, but she really wasn’t
