Hale and Bolchoz L.L.C. was formed in 1992 with the partners having practiced with other law offices on the Island since 1985.

Hale & Bolchoz, L.L.C. has long standing roots in the Lowcountry. James and Rebecca Hale have practiced in the area for over 20 years. Sean Bolchoz, a low country native, began practicing in the area in 1999. The firm has a general practice with a strong emphasis in real estate law, business law, commercial transactions and all areas of litigation, with offices located on the mainland, convenient to Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, Beaufort and Savannah.
