I went in to get my son's haircut and asked if they could fix mine after getting it cut at another Salon and feeling it was uneven. The owner fixed my hair and did not charge me for it. Another time I went in with my son (2years old) and they did not charge me full price because they were unable to finish the cut. They are courteous with little to no wait and pricing is very reasonable.
