Trying to use My Seamstress Alteration for a snap replacement on a coat was a poor experience that did not focus on customer satisfaction. I turned in a coat on 20 Dec 2013 for a snap replacement. Rebecca wrote on the ticket a completion date of 28 Dec 2013. When I arrived at her business on 30 Dec 2013 to pick up the coat she had done nothing. She then proceeded to tell me how I should have called, I should have checked her website and how when the Police bring emergency sewing items in they take precedence. I paid $20.00 cash up front and she couldn't even pay me back that day because she "Didn't bring her checkbook in that day". I called the next day, scheduled an appointment to pick up my coat and the $20 cash. When I picked up the coat there was no business discussion other than telling me a story of how her daughter won $10,000 and gave her $3,000. Wow, great business practice and focus on customer satisfaction there Rebecca....I will NEVER frequent your business again, nor do I recommend this business to anyone.
