Posture Studio is a fully equipped pilates studio that has been offering private and small group pilates classes in Charlottesville since 2006.
Posture Studio opened in 2006 with the goal of teaching pilates while also educating clients about posture as it pertains to their own bodies. The instructors at Posture Studio decode the mystery of alignment and instruct each class with attention to individual needs. Pilates is a great way to strengthen and improve overall efficiency and performance, but when taught with such an individualized, thoughtful approach, it can change lives.
