We had Newwave cable in the Terre Haute area, a rep came to our home selling your cable, we had dish network and was still in a contract with them..your rep told us that they would buy our contract out if we signed with your company.which we did. we took our bank statement to your Clinton In office, so the amount would come off of our next bill as told to us by your rep(which never happened) we moved out of your available cable area, we returned all of your equipment to your Clinton office. my problem is we owed a bill of $41.00. Your company never honored your part of the deal as they said they would..our by out on the dish contract was $122.00..I called the number on our last bill and talked to another rep, the same story I just told you..to be told they would call back and have this problem solved..no return phone call, and now your company has turned us into a collection agency for a $41.00 payment..Your company never held up its end of the deal..so I feel like we should turn your company into the BBB.
