Ordered the vertebral subluxation model. Took about two weeks to arrive and when it did, it didn’t work. You could hear something rattling around in it. I emailed the company and told them something was wrong with it and their fix was to send me a link to a YouTube channel of how it’s suppose to work. I know how it works, this one is broken. They have yet to respond to my return email telling them that I know how it works. That email was sent in May of 18, it is now November of 18. Horrible customer service. Will not order from them and have already recommended several colleagues and professionals to steer clear.

On Wednesday 11/15/17 I ordered seven (7) anatomical charts for a presentation I have to give. I spoke with Jason on the phone, he was very helpful to complete my order. All the charts I ordered are listed as “available” IN STOCK ready to ship. Due to the urgency for needing them, I paid $80 for 2 day shipping/ delivery. On Friday 11/17/17 I received two boxes expecting to see all 7 charts. Much to my surprise, upon opening the boxes I received only two (2) charts out of 7. I will be calling SHOP ANATOMICAL Monday morning to see how this will be resolved and compensated for not receiving items after paying $80 for 2 day delivery. Hopefully things will work out and it won’t be necessary to speak with Dan Handford the president.
