My main objective is to identify and discern the source of mold issues that can be harmful to your health and deteriorate a structure. If you are involved in a Real Estate transaction I will inspect the home or business to find out if any issues do exist. When issues are identified, my written report will guide you in how to correct it. I am referred by Physicians, Realtors, Insurance Companies & Adjusters, Builders, Mold Remediators, Lawyers and especially past clients. I also perform Radon Testing by using Continuous Radon Monitors that sample the air once an hour. Standard tests run a minimum of 48 hours.
