Been used this plumbing service since 1997. Called out to replace electrical box that powered the grinder pump. The pump and system were working fine. Somehow I wound up paying for a new pump and really didn't understand why. System then failed on three different occasions. Kept getting charges. Meet with the owner, who insulted my relationship with my spouse, so we walked out. Now in December 2013, the pimp failed again. When the truck pumped the water out of the tank, I had three plumbers from 2 different companies on hand. We all saw why the pump failed, as they threw in the electrical lines in the tank. So the lines all melted from the water. So disappointed in this company as I referred them to other people all the time as was always happy with their price and service. They have changed to terrible~
