You need to avoid this company. They will start foreclosing on you if you are two weeks late in payments. If you make them an offer that would benefit them even more, expect a "no." That is their favorite word. When I tried to sell my property, this lender requested the sales contract -- and then called the buyer and told the buyer he could get the property far cheaper -- in which the buyer re-submitted a far lower sales contract -- and I was forced by Grasslands to take it. These people should not even be in business.

If you are considering dealing with this company DONT. They give you ridiculous interest rates to where after years of paying your initial loan will only be down a few thousand dollars. They do not report to the credit bureau so you will not get credit on your score for your payments and they will threaten with foreclosure if you get even one month behind. Julie Kirby who runs the office is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life. She actually called my husband while I was in labor demanding payment.She walks around with no shoes on and yells at you over the phone. They are rude and unprofessional!!! Please DO NOT deal with this company!!!
