We offer the 8 hour ServSafe certification course. We also teach a 3 hour training course for food handlers. 8 hour ServSafe Certification Training  Customized training to fit your needs!  Flexibility in class length  Flexibility for class location: come to our center in Norwich, N.Y. or we can travel to you!  Advanced help from course instructors on course content TOTAL COST: $150 per trainee Fee Includes: • Text book delivered at least one week before class • Diagnostic test to help prepare you for the class. • Instructor availability to answer questions between textbook arrival and class date • One 8-hour class or two 4 hour classes • Certification exam • Delivery of five year certification for those who received a 75% or better. Course Topics Include: • Food Safety • Personal Hygiene • Controlling Time and Temperature Abuse • Cross Contamination/Allergen
