I do not recommend! Horrible experience. I ordered a hood in june and went to install it in august. At time of installation I found out that I could not use the control panel- and I contacted Global Appliances but it was outside of the 30 day period so I had to order another one. The second hood arrived the same way- no palette and damaged. Global Appliance says they ship on pallettes but the hoods I ordered did not arrive and were not delivered on palettes and they all were damaged. It was like they had been dropped because the buttons on the control panel would not be used or touched. Global Appliances would not refund or ship a replacement unit to me. They made me put a deposit down for $500 for a 3rd unit, again which arrived damaged. I had to go through my credit card company to get my $500 back and I lost $2000 because Global Appliances would not take any accountability for shipping without a palette.
