I let the property manager and the leasing company know that there is a mouse in my 3rd floor apartment. They are not addressing the situation at all! They wont even call me back or speak to me in person about the problem. I have also had problems every month that I have lived here, not being able access my mail for weeks, and now my mail is being put in an unsecure mailbox that doesnt have a key and can be opened by anyone because the lobby does not require a key to get into. On another occasion my packages were stolen and although there is a camera in the lobby the management did nothing about it. Another one of my packages was taken by a maintenance person for no apparent reason and I had to speak to everyone in the building to track it down and get it back which took almost two months. The outlets do not work in the living room, which I told the property management about and nothing has happened. And although I have been begging for months there is no recycling bin for this entire apartment which means I have to plan to take my recyclables elsewhere. I have lived here for 6 months and have not gone a single month without a problem.
