We have used U.S. Flooring here in our facility for the past three years. They have done several thousand feet of flooring and coving in several areas. They have always shown the highest level of professionalism and have delivered outstanding results. They always take the time to correctly prepare the surfaces to insure a good bond, apply the flooring material uniformly, maintain a clean working area during and after the job, and most importantly, complete the job entirely within the time constraints given them. They have shown to be a very dependable and reliable contractor for us that will do everything possible to take car of any eleventh hour issues that arise. I believe our experience can best be summed up with the simple statement: 'Every employee of U.S. Flooring sincerely cares and honestly wants to do the best job possible.' I would highly recommend strong consideration of U.S. Flooring

I have been very pleased with your workmanship, hard work; 'do whatever it takes to get the job done' mentality. In some cases, you went beyond the scope of work and did floor repair in other areas and did not expect to be paid for it. On the last job you did what was necessary to get more material in to resolve the issue with the sagging floor and finished on time. You have met my expectations and then some for all the jobs you have done for me. You are very professional and quick to respond. When I had question regarding the floor scratches due to the metal chairs, you were willing to come here yourself [Juston, President], and fix it on your dime even though it was actually our fault for using rough metal footed chairs. That type of professionalism stands out to me. I would recommend U.S. Flooring Company, Inc

I wanted to compliment you on the floor installation that you completed for us. The floor looks spectacular! We recently had our annual food safety audit and the auditor was very pleased with the end product. Once we told the auditor what we did she immediately wanted to see what it looked like. I have been very pleased with the durability of the product. As you know, we have very high temperatures, vibrations, and chemicals that come in contact with the surface. Thus far we are extremely pleased and plan to use this application in other locations in our facility in the future. Please give your crews that worked on the project a 'thank you' for the hard work and cleanup efforts that took place during the install to help keep our facility clean.
