I provide personal coaching, clinical counseling, training, mediation and team building.
My specialty is individuals and couples having problems with conflict, anger and stress. I also work with anxiety, depression and ADHD. Relationship coaching uses techniques by expert John Gottman. Anger and stress management include use of HeartMath techniques including the eMwave biofeedback process. I also work with individuals, teams and organizations regarding work-related problems and development.
