I became a certified massage therapist in Santa Cruz, California in 1997. Further education in Shiatsu, Deep Tissue,Orthopedic, Prenatal, Hot Stone, Sports Massage, Accupressure and Polarity massage, have helped my practice to evolve. My current style of massage is a distillation of all the skills and esperiencegained over the years. I specialize in pain relief and enjoy working with the principals of Shiatsu, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, and Aromatherapy.
